Baby Clothes Organization

Ok random question...

I just washed all of my baby clothes up to 3 months...

Now I'm just staring at it wondering what the best way to organize it is. What do you hang vs what do you fold and put in the drawer? Seems silly to put sleepers on hangers, but they might be easier to look through that way? Do you put pants together and then shirts together or do you put outfits together?
