Intro let down question

Hello new FTM. Our baby girl Amelia Elizabeth was born 1/8/13. Our plan is to EBF and then later PF/BF when I return to work. We've got a great latch, and an awesome night time routine every 23 hours. But during the day she just won't wake up to feed without lots if encouragement. And then she's usually too upset to latch, by the time she's soothed she's asleep again. My milk has come in with a vengeance!!! Any suggestions on how to wake her to feed but not totally piss her off? And should I be pumping and freezing?? Please help!!
