Bloody nose

Has anyone experienced bad bloody nose first thing in the morning?! I know sinus pressure and congestion is one of those weird pregnancy things. But this morning is was bad. It wasn't a typical bloody nose leaky all over, it happend when I blew my nose. Hella blood, not thick tho. But the past couple weeks I've been waking up stuffed up, blow my nose usually a spot of blood and that's it, this time 4 or 5 tissues of blood. Is this common for it to be that much, or should I be concerned and call a doctor??
