So normally I am a very healthy eater. For the most part, I've kept that up during this pregnancy, but lately I have been so unbelievably nauseous in the mornings, and nothing seems to help. Nothing, that is, except a sausage & egg mcmuffin from McDonald's. ?!
In the morning, I've tried toast and peanut butter, toast with eggs, cereal, oatmeal, etc.. none of this helps my queasiness. And all I can taste is this acid coming up from my stomach and sitting on my tongue. After I eat McDonald's, I feel 90% better. I have no idea why.. maybe I just need something heavy and greasy? Anyone else having a weird wonder food??
