Work and pumping?

FTM returning to work in a few days. As previously posted I ff and I'm pumping. I've always had a low supply but the fenugreek and pumping every 2 hours has really helped this past week. Now I'm worried what will happen when I go back to work. I plan on pumping in the am before leaving the house and since I'm a teacher I can only really pump at lunch so that means 4-5 hours in between sessions.

Whats going to happen to my supply? And getting engorged? My breasts usually ache every 2 hours. 

Is there a way to pump less often but get more ounces in those sessions?
