Update on u/s and bleeding

So I have a gestational sac measuring only at 5 weeks and 3 days. I have calculated 7 weeks 1 day from my charting. They could not see a heartbeat which I was told is normal for how I am measuring. I was told the results were inclusive. They drew another hcg and will call me in the morning. Likely will have a f/u ultrasound in 1 week. I am pretty certain on my dates. Of course the office is telling me wait and see... I feel like its over. I honestly have had very little to no pregnancy symptoms at well. I am heartbroken. It's going to be a long week waiting this out.

 Has this happened to anyone else?
