Pumping at work

I pump three times each day (just came back from maternity leave this Monday). Once at 10am, again at 12pm, and again at 3pm. In my 10am pumping session I get about 6 ounces but on my last two pumping sessions I only get around 2.5oz-3oz. Will it always be like this? I drink plenty of water during work and I eat pretty good.. so I don't understand. Also, I am not stressed while pumping and I am always looking at pictures of my daughter while I pump (mainly because I miss the heck outta her).

 

Any advice is welcomed.
