Increase nipple flow for bottles?

My baby is breastfed but I'd like to be able to get him to take a bottle on occasion so I can leave his side.  He's 4 months old and gets so frustrated at the bottle.

I have him on level 2.  Last night I squeezed the nipple of the bottle and let it into his mouth and he sucked it down.  I have a fast let down so I wonder maybe if he just needs an even faster flowing nipple.

Anybody try this?
