BH: What's the rule here? 4+ in an hour to call?

I'm going to call the OB once I get out of class anyway, but remind me of the general rule.... if you have 4 BH in an hour, are you supposed to call? (Provided that you've tried resting, drinking water, putting your feet up, etc)

I know I am probably going to look like a freaking idiot, but TIA.
