Haven't worked out in a while what is good to start now?

I was working out pretty regularly after DD was born but then we moved and life got hectic and I haven't worked out in a while. I know they say you can continue to do whatever you were doing before getting pregnant (within reason) but since I wasn't doing anything does anyone have any ideas what is safe to START?

Obviously I am not trying to loose weight or anything but my family history is we all tend to get huge during pregnancy. I worked out and ate healthy in my whole pregnancy with DD and still gained 55lbs. So I have to be moving or I will get HUGE!
