Another pumping at work question

Yesterday was my first day back at work, and found pumping at work to be rather time consuming, ~1/2 hour per session when you add in walking to the pumping room ( it's in a different building than my office), setting up, taking apart, cleaning parts, walking back. 

So my question is, how have you been able to streamline your pumping routine? How long of breaks are you taking? How clean and dry do you get your pump parts for the next session?
