Going to first u/s

I am 7 wks tomorrow and going in for our first ultrasound! I am excited and super nervous! After my history it's hard to release myself completely into accepting that I am preggers. Symptoms continue to come and go and the past three days I have been getting a little shakey but nauseous subsides so have been able to eat a good dinner. Yay!
Anyway, rambling. My question is what are things I should be asking the dr? I think about things but have been awful at writing them down. Thx
