Stopping labor?

I'm 41 weeks as of tomorrow and set to be induced early in the morning
I just lost my mucus plug ( ew and not fun btw ) and have been trying everything to bring it on naturally. What i'm wondering is is there anyway i may be accidentally fighting my labor or keeping it away?

seems unlikely but jw

also anything that might help me prepare for labor?
