Acne like its my job

I don't have much to complain about.  I have very minimal symptoms of pregnancy, but my skin isn't taking it well.  So far it's mostly just on my face, but the acne is getting out of control and my doctor nixed all acne treatments, even over the counter.  Anyone have any tips?  I have to wear makeup on the daily which I know doesn't help.
