Nursing PJs on a budget

I'm trying to find some PJs to wear in the hospital after delivery. There seem to be some really cute options on the internet if you want to pay over $40/pair. I want the kind with pants on the bottom. Could I just go to Target and get some cheap PJs that button down in the front? Has anyone else tried this?
