30 weeks - still "breech"?

So, little guys head is still right under my right breast- not sure from yesterdays ultrasound where is feet are- but the sonogram lady referred to him as breech.   I know he still has some time to turn, but was hoping for some experiences?  Will I be able to tell if little man pulls a 180?

 I hope he does soon, the headbutts to my insides up there are super strange!
