Hi ladies- I am going for my first appointment Friday morning. I will be 8w3d. This is our first pregnancy so I am not sure what to expect. Are ultrasounds typically done this early? I know every doctors office is different, I am just wondering what everyone's experience has been if they had an appointment around this time.
