Sorry, for the long explanation for a simple question.

its a double pump. The video shows the woman holding the breast shields to her breasts but the instructions say to hold them there before turning the pump on and off ... So, she needs a third arm (I guess all moms do ). I am assuming there must be some sort of brace or something to hold them on so your hands are somewhat free.
So my question is, If the maker of the pump doesn't sell a brace of some sort, are there alternatives that folks are aware of to hold the shields in place.
