Are there concerns with a 4 week old STTN?

So ATM my supply is fine with the # of times I pump through the day and night (we're EPing for now). MY LO STTN from 9 to 3 am. He wakes to feed at 3 am sometimes 4am. He is gaining just fine and past his birth weight. So I need to be sconcerned with him STTN or can I just let him do so?
