When will this nausea shift?

Am 10 weeks today n have terrible nausea all day long!!! seeing my OB next week....also noticed the breast tenderness has gone away but still nauseous with 0 appetite ..would rather put up with sore boobs rather than nausea... And MY poor hubby can't cook at home or wear cologne any more!! Oh the joys of motherhood !!!
