Symptoms going away????

I'm 8.5 weeks and feel like the breast tenderness and nausea are going away. The fatigue isn't tho.  Anyone else? Is this normal? I woke up at 3am worried about this. I have an u/s tomorrow so today ill be stressing all day about this until I hear tomorrow's heartbeat and see this peanut on the screen.
