I am feeling more and more pressure and aches in my lower pelvis, not pain but a very dull ache. I don't feel any contractions and haven't had any spotting.

I have an appt this Friday and will follow up with my OB, but did anyone else feel the baby super low at 31 weeks? I'm afraid that any day now she is gonna fall right out!
