Nervous! Missed MC???

I am so scared that I may have had a missed miscarriage!!! I have been reading and hearing so much about MC. I am 7 weeks today with my first. All last week I was so nauseas and tired and now today I feel fine! I actually want to eat and don't feel as fatigued. I never got and sore boobies either. Our first appt isn't until the 18th of January. So worried :
