Feeling Nervous about first ultrasound

Hello ladies! We are scheduled to have our first ultrasound today (7 weeks exactly), and I'm feeling so nervous.  This is our third pregnancy.  I have an 18 month old, and our second pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage back in August.  I have been so nauseous, with vomiting several times a day (not bad enough to go to the ER, but bad enough to not want the mcdonalds fries I always love), and of course super sore boobs, and bloating.  I haven't had any warning signs or any bad symptoms, which is good, but I'm just feeling nervous.  Our appointment is this afternoon.  Prayers, good thoughts, and words of encouragement are greatly appreciated.    Thank you all so much
