Third Trimester Acne?! What the crap?!

I'm at week 25 I thought this acne business was supposed to be limited to the first trimester. Can any suggest a good concealer or cover up available in most stores? I am in my brother in law's wedding tomorrow and don't want my pimple chin to off set my bump and pregnancy glow! Please help asap!
