Baby refused to nurse tonight

I got home tonight at the usual time from work and LO was very tired and completely refused to nurse. He conked out on the nursing pillow. We have been nursing for over ten months and he has nursed before when he's been tired. He took two nice naps today and ate well. Was he just super tired? Should I try a dream feed at 10 pm? Is he on a nursing strike?
