Confused...

So I just had my 31 week apt (I went last week for my 30 week BUT dr got called out. Anyways, I am 31 weeks 3 days today and when he did the tape measure I measured 29 weeks. So of course he wanted me to get an u/s since I was measuring 2 weeks behind. I got the u/s and the u/s is saying I am 2 weeks ahead. So now I am confused...how is that possible? Is that normal?
