morning sickness + stomach bug = god help me

I don't think I've ever been this sick in my adult life.

 I tend to have terrible nausea in pregnancy but throw up very rarely, so as long as I can choke food down, at least I don't have an empty stomach and my electrolytes aren't messed up.

This added stomach bug is giving me new sympathy for you ladies who puke your way through the day.
