Just a couple, I promise!
I am back at work for the first time today and pumping a total of 4 times while I'm here in order to keep up with my little man. He eats every two hours, so it's really interesting to keep up with!
First, has anyone seen a supply increase with pumping during the day at work? I am pumping for 20 minutes, 4x between 10 and 5 and my DS is usually a fast eater (done after 10 minutes max per side). Not sure what to expect, but an increase would be nice!
Second, does anyone just store their pump parts in a bag between pumpings? Not in a fridge/cooler bag? Kellymom says that any residual milk would be fine at room temp for up to 8 hours. Or am I pushing it if I don't store in the fridge/cooler? Thoughts? I currently have the parts in a bag with a freezer pack, but it's one more thing for me to carry to work each day.
