Pros/Cons of EPing.

My SIL is thinking about EPing for her third child. She BF her other two and supplemented with formula occasionally. 

I EP and was surprised when she told me this. I gave her my list of pros and cons such as you know how much they are actually eating, others can help feed the baby, they are still getting the benefits of breastmilk, for the pros. And for cons I said things like, it's a pain to have to feed then pump during the night, washing pump parts and bottles, taking the time to actually pump, and trouble keeping supply up at times especially during growth spurts.

 Can you ladies think of other pros and cons about this? I just wanted to help her as much as possible. Thanks
