Milk Blister?!?

I am hoping someone can help me with figuring out what is hindering my breast feeding. My daughter is Breast feed three or four times a day during the week and given bottles at daycare. For about two weeks I was on an antibotic that I didnt feel comfortable breastfeeding her on so I used my freezer stash (which sadly I have depleted for the most part now).

I just started to EBF her on Friday night again and I can tell she is so much happier again however, I woke up Sunday morning with a clear blister looking thing on my right nipple. There is pain in my breast and especially when she feeds from that side. I took a hot shower and it seemed to go down however everytime she feeds or I pump it looks like it gets worse. Is this from her starting to breast feed again and maybe my breast getting used to it or her getting a proper latch again or is it something else entirely? and how long will it last?
