Hiya Skittles!  I saw on the GTKY Vacation post that you do SCA stuff (I had replied on a different GTKY post where you also mentioned it, but am pretty sure you didn't see my reply).  I'm in the Seattle area, and also do some SCA stuff (although, I think I'll likely skip most events this season or just day trip to some closer ones instead of camping out.

My husband is into it and participates in rapier tournaments (you can see him here doing SCA stuff: http://penny-arcade.com/patv/episode/first-hire (and there's a small glimpse of me near the end).
