In need of opinions!

I am 21 years old and am almost 38 weeks into my 3rd pregnancy. I have a boy and a girl and another girl expected any day now. I don't want to have any more children and have already signed my papers to have my tubes tied. But being so young, I'm getting nervous about it. I have tried almost every kind of birth control and nothing seems to be right for me. I heard about a different option called Essure. I would like to get some opinions on both options. Any information helps! Thanks
