Tightening in stomach

I hae been feeling a tightening sensation in my stomach for the past 2 weeks. Its at the top of my stomach and it takes my breath momentarily and it comes with deep pressure. I am not sure if it is braxton hicks because when I read about braxton hicks, it always says the lower part of the stomach. Has anyone else felt this or knows what it is?
