Very slight fever for over a week.

So I wrote earlier this week that I was getting over a sinus infection. The doctor felt I didn't need an antibiotic so I didn't take anything to fight it off. I feel pretty good now (still have a bit of congestion but I am allergic to my dogs that is a whole other story, so the congestion is more than likely just from them now) but I still have been having an on and off slight fever of 99ish (99-99.7). Could this just be a hormonal thing? I have found a few sources that say occasionally in early pregnancy a fever under 100 is common. Just wondering if anyone had experienced this? Or if this infection really is still hanging on and I should go back to the doctor.
