Burning/tearing feeling right of navel?

The past few days I've had this muscle cramp type feeling to the right of my navel, but it has morphed into a burning/tearing feeling when I move, and especially when LO kicks or moves past it. Just now he was pushing against it and I thought I was going to pass out from the pain anyone experience this?
