Advice needed please! May be a little long.

I am around 8 weeks pregnant, doctor visit next Wednesday. I've had 2 miscarriages before, the pregnancy wasn't planned but I'm hoping it sticks!

Anyway, I am adopted and found my birth parents almost 4 years ago. I talk to my birth mom a little and was planning on telling her within the next few weeks. However, I don't talk to my dad much. He is in the army and we weren't really able to establish a quick close relationship. My question is: should I tell him and his family the same time I tell my birth mom, wait a few more weeks, or just let them find out on Facebook with the world in February? Any advice appreciated.
