Abscess tooth!

Help! My doc isn't open till Monday and I don't know when I'll get it for an appointment. I have an abcess tooth that is acting up and hurts so bad. Tylenol isn't working anymore and I don't want to take anything else. Any ideas on how to make the pain go away? I know it's gross but it's not ready to pop yet and that's the only thing that made it stop hurting before.
