Pump parts ?

Sorry, realizing I have lots of questions as I get ready to go back to work. I've seen on here people say they just put their pump parts in the cooler/fridge between pumping sessions at work, but I've also seen not to mix milk at separate temps. Does it matter that there will be some milk in the parts that is cold (from being in the fridge) and then it will mix with the warm, fresh milk?

I will need to pump 3x at work. Do I need to take separate containers for all 3 sessions, or can I just use the same ones, and pour the milk into bags to store. Containers and parts in the fridge and then use them again. I will wash each night at home. I just do not trust the water in our school, so will not be rinsing them out at work.
