Hi, Im a FTM so I am really new at this, but since last week I think I have been having a lot of BH. My stomach gets super tight and it gets really uncomfortable. My stomach stays rock hard for a good while and yesterday I noticed it happened 3 times in 30 minutes. I am 30 weeks and just switched insurance companies so I am searching for a new Dr currently but dont have one I can just call. Should I be concerned? Or is this normal? TIA!
