TMI
Hey ladies! Just a warning before hand and its probably TMI but Im 9 weeks 2 days and need yalls help hehe
I have been SEVERELY constipated. I mean I'm lucky if I go ONCE a day when it happens its at night accompanied by severe stomach cramps, hard as rock stool, then an explosive finale..OUCH I am so bloated ALL DAY and it looks like I am 8 months pregnant with the upper stomach area under my boobs as hard as a rock...literally. I am desperate for answers! I am so uncomfortable and in such pain sometimes that I feel like I should go to the hospital..no bueno! Any suggestions?
