Just curious if you are still taking prenatal vitamins while nursing? I think that was what my OB recommended. I just finished a bottle but haven't bought a new one yet. I'm thinking of switching to plain multi-vitamin instead of PNV cuz MVI is so much cheaper? I eat plenty of green leafy vegetables so I know I'm okay on folate intake. However, the PNV I've been taking has DHA in it. I don't eat much fish so should I stick with the same PNV, or get a MVI that has DHA, or just plain MVI?
