Beginner BF Questions

I had my first 2 children when I was very young and BF was not even something I wanted to consider. I am pregnant with my 3rd and a bit older/wiser and I think I might want to try BF. None of the women on my side BF so I cannot ask them. So please bear with my silly beginner questions.

1. I would like to EP because I would have to go back to work after 2 months, but I heard you should not pump the first 2-3 weeks because you will produce to much milk..... is this true?

2. If I decided to pump at work, how many times during an 8hr day would I need to pump and how long from start to finish should each session take?

3. When breast feeding how can you tell if they are getting enough milk, I have heard people say they think their supply went down....how do you now if your supply when down?

4. If I am BF do I still need to keep those pads in my bra, is there still leakage?

I plan on contacting my local la leche league, but I thought I would ask you ladies first...thanks
