Question about Ensure

Hey ladies, I was wondering about the drink Ensure. I know its good for you and baby, but my question is how many a day are safe to drink? My due date is only 10 days away and I can feel a nasty head cold coming on which is NOT something I want to deal with while in labor so if I can at least take the edge off I'm going to try! Just don't want to od on too many vitamins (which sounds crazy to me but I know its possible haha) Thanks for any input!
