Is this a 3rd trimester symptom?! TMI warning..

I thought I was fighting off a virus bc back on Dec 19th (i know the date bc I had to cxl my hospital tour) I came home from work achy and with a very mild fever. Since then I have also had diarrhea on and off (sometimes a day with nothing, sometimes twice a day). I am still eating and drinking fine, dont feel dehydrated/no contractions. But 2.5 weeks later im still having diarrhea and the last few days feel like its getting worse. I am going to call my dr. later this am, but does anyone else have anything like this? Dr. Google says it could be a 3rd trimester symptom but Im only 33 weeks, would think thats closer to delivery...UGH!
