Worried!

I'm new here just had a positive test a week ago today. I took like 5 tests over a three day period. I had some nausea a few days later and the last couple days I have had nothing. I can't see the OB till Feb 14 and I'm nervous. the fact that my symptoms have stopped scare me as this is my first pregnancy. I could use some reassurance from someone.  I go tomorrow to confirm with the doctors office. Any advice would be lovely!
