Workouts

Hey girls! Just wanted to check in and see how your workouts are going? What are you doing and how is it making you feel? 

Im doing yoga, kickboxing, Zumba and spinning. Feels great when I'm done but I've noticed I get short of breath a lot easier!

Keep it up ladies! Sorry for all of you who are too sick for this right now...
