Ugh...symptoms like crazy

So I feel extremely silly for whining about not having symptoms (made me nervous in terms of m/c    ) because these past couple days I feel like I got hit by the pregnancy bus.  I'm nauseated all day, can barely keep my eyes open, am severely constipated (didn't even realize that was a pregnancy thing until this week) and my boobs feel like somebody has been punching them all day.  The second trimester feels so far away.
