Stomach bug?

I'm 9 weeks and have come down with a nasty stomach bug it's awful. After 24 hours, I'm finally over the vomiting, etc. but the thought of eating something other than a few saltines makes me feel sick again. Has anyone else had a stomach bug while pregnant? I've thankfuly not experience m/s, so this is new to me. Your advice would be most appreciated thanks!
