difference with pregnancies

If you are on pregnancy 2 or so on, do you notice differences in each pregnancies like morning sickness with baby 1 and not baby 2? I was pretty fortunate with my first pregnancy and only had fatigue in my first trimester then moderate reflux at night but this pregnancy is a total 180!! The thought of food makes me squirm and I can barely drag myself out of bed in the morning.
What are your experiences??
